ARTWORK
Links to a library of ready-made
artwork for use on your site. Add logos, banners and buttons from the
Library to your website by clicking on the category links. Highlight
the code below the image you want and copy it (Control-C). Paste the
code into a paragraph box on a page of your site. Then click Save
Changes at the bottom of the page.

BASIC SETTINGS
Shows your current contact email,
password and verification, contact person and location information.
This information should be kept current. NOTE: If you change your
password, the Wizard will automatically ask you to login with your
new password.

BROWSE
WEB
Opens a new browser window to view
your website as others see it. Close the new window to return to the
Wizard page.

CHOOSE LAYOUT
Allows you to change layout of your
site. Your current colors and fonts remain unchanged. Select the
round button above the layout you want, then click Change Layout at
the bottom of page. The custom colors and fonts you have made to your
original layout will carry over into the new layout.

EDIT
WEB PAGE
Consists of features that allow you
to update your text, images, add rules, indents, line breaks, etc.
Headlines, subheads, and paragraphs are separated into convenient
"boxes" to make editing easier. To change the colors and
font styles, select Fonts & Colors button at the bottom of the
page.

ADD
HEADLINE, SUBHEAD or PARAGRAPH
Adds the appropriate text block at
the bottom of your page, ready for you to add text. Then click Save
Changes at the bottom of the page.

ADD
IMAGE
Allows you to place an image on
your page that has already been uploaded. Place your cursor in the
body text block where you want the image to appear, then click Add
Image. Enter the file name of the image (for example: logo.gif). Then
click OK. An html code will be placed in the text block. Then click
Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

ALIGN
Align text in a Headline, Subhead
or Paragraph by using the Align drop down menu. Select Left, Center
or Right. Click Preview This Box, then Save Changes at the bottom of
the page if you are satisfied.

BOLD, ITALIC
or INDENTED TEXT
To add a bold or italicized word(s)
within a paragraph, place your cursor where you want to insert the
word(s), and click Bold above the paragraph box. A window appears
asking you to type the word(s) to be bold or italic. Enter the text
and click OK. The word(s) appear in the paragraph box with the
appropriate html code. Click Preview This Box to see your updates. If
satisfied, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

CANCEL
Cancel button restores your page
content to last "Save Changes" state.

DELETE a Headline, Subhead or Paragraph
block
Delete by selecting the Delete Box
so it is checked. Then click Save Changes at the bottom of the
page.

FONT
Font Styles can be designated for a
word or phrase by placing your cursor in the paragraph box and
clicking on the font button above the box. Enter the font STYLE in
the new window that opens and click OK. Enter the font SIZE in the
next window that opens and click OK. Then enter the text and click
OK. The appropriate codes and text will appear in your paragraph box.
To designate font styles and colors for your entire site instantly,
select Fonts & Colors button at the bottom of the page.

IMAGE
Places an image you previously
uploaded onto a page. Place you cursor in a text box where you want
the image to appear and click on the Image button. Enter the file
name of the image (i.e. logo.gif) and click OK. Click Preview This
Box, the Save Changes if you are satisfied.

LINE
BREAKS, PARAGRAPH BREAKS, or HORIZONTAL RULES (HR)
Place your cursor where you want to
insert the element. Click Line Break, Paragraph Break, or HR for
Horizontal Rule. The html tag will appear in the box. Click Preview
This Box, the Save Changes if you are satisfied.

LINK
Link words or phrases to a URL by
placing your cursor in the paragraph box. Click Link, enter the http
address and click OK. In the next window, enter the name of the
website and click OK. Click Preview This Box, the Save Changes if you
are satisfied.

META
TAGS
Meta tags are relevant words that
are used as references for search engines. When a user searches the
Internet for a word or set of words that matches your Meta tags, your
website and its description is listed. Enter your company name and
page title in the Page Title box. Enter the key words that appear on
a specific page in the Meta tags Keywords box. Separate words or
phrases using a comma. In the Meta Tags Page Description box, enter a
brief overview of your site and specific page. Click Save Changes if
you are satisfied.

ORDER
Order of page elements can be
changed by simply changing the number in the small "Order"
box in the lower right corner of Headline, Subhead and Paragraph
boxes. Elements are shown on your page from top to bottom, the top
being 1.00 and progressing downward with consecutive numbers (1.50,
2.00, 3.00, etc.). Click Save Changes if you are satisfied.

PAGE
TITLE
Text displayed on the top of the
web browser window in the title area. Search engines usually save
page title information.

PREVIEW THIS BOX
Allows you to view your updates in
a paragraph box before you save your changes. To restore the content
of the paragraph box, click Cancel at the bottom of the
page.

SAVE
CHANGES
Saves your changes to the current
web page in a database. The preview mode displays your pages from
this database. When satisfied you have made the updates correctly,
click Publish Web to update your html pages for everyone to
view.

FONTS & COLORS
Allows you to change the colors and
font styles used on your pages instantly throughout your
site.

CHOOSE A COLOR SCHEME
Drops down menu of ready-made color
schemes. By selecting a preset color scheme, the colors appear in the
sample layout. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the
window to see the colors on your page.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR COLOR SCHEME
Choose from our web-safe color
chart. The colors you choose will be visible "on the fly"
in the sample layout at the top of this window. NOTE: The color
placement may vary on the sample layout versus your site layout. To
best preview the color changes, click the Save Changes button to view
the colors on your layout.

CHANGE LAYOUT COLORS
Layouts have a maximum of four
colors plus the background color. Click the round button on any of
the top four color swatches labeled Color 1-4 or click the swatch
labeled Background Color to activate it. Then double click on any of
the colors in the color chart at the right to change the color. The
six-digit hexadecimal number below the swatch also changes. NOTE: You
may also type in the hexadecimal number of the color you wish to use,
however, the color swatch will not change "on the fly". You
must click Save Changes in order see the color on your
page.

CHANGE LINK COLORS
Each link on your page has three
colors: Hover (when the cursor is over the link), Link (the normal
color), and Vlink or visited link (the color it changes to when the
link has been clicked). To change these colors, click the button on
the appropriate labeled swatch. Double click on a color from the
color chart or type in the hexadecimal color in the box. Click the
Save Changes button at the bottom of the window to see the colors on
your page.

Consists of four

appropriate round button. Once chosen, you may change the font,
color, size and weight. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom

SETUP
Lists all the pages of your site,
along with buttons linked to the pages. You can add pages to your

ADD
PAGE MENU
Click the drop down menu at the top
of the Page Setup page. You have three selections: Add a page AND a
button, Add a page and NOT a button, Add a button and let me choose
its link. Click "Add Page" after you have made your
selection. A new "box" will appear at the bottom of the
Page Setup window with a red border. Edit the content of the box.
Then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Make this selection from the drop
down menu and click Add Page button. A new page "box" will
appear at the bottom of the Page Setup window with a red border. A
button will also be listed in this box. This means every page will
have a button linking to this page. Insert the title of your new page
and new button. Then click Save Changes at the bottom of the
page.

BUTTON AND LET ME CHOOSE THE PAGE IT LINKS TO
Make this selection from the drop
down menu and click Add Page button. A new button "box"
will appear at the bottom of the Page Setup window with a red border.
In the "Hyperlink to:" box, enter the website address (URL)
you want the button to link to. Also enter text for the button in the
box provided. Then click Save Changes at the bottom of the
page.
If you want to place text in bold
or italic that ALREADY appears in the paragraph block, follow these
steps:
1- Highlight the word(s) with your
cursor.
2- Go to your Windows Edit Menu and
click Cut, or press Control-X on your keyboard.
3- A new window opens. Place your
cursor in the window, and click Paste from your Windows Edit Menu, or
press Control-V. Then click OK.
4- The word(s) appear in the
paragraph box with the appropriate tags. Click Preview This Box to
see your updates. If satisfied, click Save Changes at the bottom of
the page.

BUTTON
ORDER
By changing the number in the
"Button Order" window of the page box, you can control the
listed order. Buttons are shown on your page from top to bottom, the
top being 1.00 and progressing downward with consecutive numbers
(1.50, 2.00, 3.00, etc.).

TEXT
Button text can be changed on the
Page Setup page by highlighting the existing text and entering new
text. To force break a topic onto two lines, use the <BR> code
between two words.

INFO
Provides you with the html code to
link a word or phrase to a specific page. Click Link Info button,

WEB
Allows you to view your website
with your most recent changes before they are viewable by the general
public. Your changes are not available for the general public to see
until you click the "Publish Web" button.

Allows you to edit the page you are

PUBLISH
WEB
Rewrites all of the web pages on
your website using your updates and changes. You need to do this in
order to make your web page updates "live" to the general
public. This generally take 15-60 seconds. Please wait
patiently.

UPLOAD
FILES
Allows you to place your images
from a scanned photo, digital camera or CD Rom that you've licensed
onto your website pages. Click the Upload Files button to go to the
Upload Files window. You may upload .htm, .html, .txt, .jpg and .gif
files only.
1- Click Browse to open a window on
your computer. Navigate within this window to find the file you wish
to upload, then click "Open". The path to the image will be
placed in the box next to the Browse button.
2- Click "Upload". A
successful upload window appears showing you the html code needed to
link to your uploaded file. Copy and paste the image code beginning
with <img src... (from bracket to bracket) into a paragraph box of
your website page.

WORK
ON A PAGE
Lets you choose what page to edit
or preview from the convenient drop down menu. Use the down arrow of
your keyboard to scroll down the list if it is too long for your
monitor. If your mouse has a wheel it can be used to scroll down
also. It's important to edit and preview your pages from this menu or
the PAGE SETUP button and NOT to click the links within your pages.
Links within your pages will click outto the live version of the
site. These pages will not reflect your recent changes, and are not
editable.
